Moderation of Marks tutorial

Unconfirmed Marks by Lecturers

1. Click on examination menu, Marksheet entry tab and then click Online Marksheets Approval tabone

 

 

2.            Select  study center, programme, Approval Posting, Last updated Between and then click get provisional Marksheet entries approval updates button2

 

3.            There are two ways of approving marks;

3.1.         Approve All checkbox will be used to select all the pending marks in that programme under that study center at once. Then click update selected approved Marksheet entries button3

 

 

3.2.         Select marks per student, select approval posting for both course work and exam and then click update selected approved Marksheet entries button4

 

 

Marks moderation

1.            Click on examination menu, Marksheet entry tab and then click provisional Marksheet Entry (per Course) tab.5

 

 

2.            Select programme, student group, academic year, semester and then click Get Marksheets button.6

 

3.            Marks moderating;

3.1.         Download the score sheet as shown below

Effect the changes in the downloaded score sheet then upload,alternatively click Marksheet and enter marks directly.

 4.            To import edited spreadsheet, Click on examination menu, Marksheet entry tab and then click Prov. Marksheet Entry per Course (Import) tab.

5.            Browse the file/spreadsheet to be imported and then click update Marksheet button

Approve moderated marks

1.            Click on examination menu, Marksheet entry tab and then click update approved provisional marksheets tab.

2.            Select study center, programme, approval posting, last updated between,  sort order and then click Get provisional Marksheet entries approval updates button

3.            There are two ways of approving marks;

3.1.         Approve All checkbox will be used to select all the pending marks in that programme under that study center at once. Then click update selected approved Marksheet entries button

3.2.         Select marks per student or per course, select approval posting  under approval column and then click update selected approved Marksheet entries button

After approval , process marks per semester, then print  captions and consolidated Marksheet.
